Scope of work/distinctive feaures:
- Provide design, renovation, project management, construction and equipment services for four healthcare facilities throughout Minnesota: Unity (Fridley), Mercy Hospital (Coons Rapids), United (St. Paul) and Abbott Northwestern (Minneapolis) Hospitals
- Renovations occurred within active acute healthcare environments; each had to be closed and sealed for infection control, and several spaces required asbestos and/or mold removal
- Each space features countertops fabricated with engineered stone and sheet vinyl flooring with heated welded seams. Countertops and flooring contain antimicrobial properties.
Results: The renovated spaces have significantly increased sales and customer satisfaction. In addition, all four spaces were completed on time and under budget.
