Professional Profile
Principal G. Stephen O’Connor has over 20 years of hands-on foodservice design and project management experience. Before joining L2M in 2002, he spent over a decade as a project manager and principal for the full-service design firm Hospitality Services, Inc., in Baltimore, Maryland. At L2M, he has carefully assembled a gifted team of designers and project managers who apply their talent and experience to projects nationwide with budgets ranging from $100,000 to well over $4 million. Stephen’s areas of design expertise include acute healthcare, aviation and travel and branded retail concepts.

Before joining L2M Foodservice Design Group, Charlene Chemelli spent over a decade in general contracting. Here, she is responsible for writing specs for all projects, coordinating documents and drawings and overseeing construction administration.
Sharon Parnell, Project Designer
Previously of Charles Englehart Architects in Marshall, Virginia, designer Sharon Parnell has over 20 years of foodservice design experience with specialty knowledge in healthcare architectural design. At L2M, she has designed spaces for Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital in Tennessee and Bay Medical in Florida, among others.
April Downey, Project Designer
Since joining L2M Foodservice Design Group in 2006, April has designed retail spaces for travel plazas along the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Turnpikes, as well as foodservice establishments in Providence and Tampa International Airports. She has over seven years of design experience with advanced expertise in Auto CADD, 3D renderings, floor plans and elevations.
